2. You can mix and match what you buy from the 70 + brands, and 1000's of products held in stock, therefore only buying what you need when you need it, ensuring cash is not held up in products you do not want.

We decided to introduce the loyalty scheme as a way of rewarding you, our loyal customers, for consolidating your buying whilst still enabling you the freedom to select products of interest. You will automatically become a member with your first on-line order placement and this will mark the start of your year with us. On your annual anniversary with us, you will receive free credit on account to spend on any products in our range. This amazing new technology means you can get to know the products even better at your leisure and follow their functions and sounds! These audio and video clips can also be shown to your customers in store and help obtain a real feel for the products before you buy!

Register with us
Registration is mandatory and quick and simple to do on-line. Once your account has been authorised our sales department will send you an email explaining how you can now log in, access your account and order on-line.  

Read our Terms and Conditions
It is important that you take 5 minutes to read and understand our terms and conditions. These are available online and you may find it answers many questions you have - especially about our drop ship service and when carriage costs are applied.

Payment / Dispatch
All orders are proforma hence goods will only be dispatched once payment has cleared. Payment can be made at check out on-line by credit/debit card or you can pay by PayPal. You can also pay by cheque or make a payment by bank transfer (our bank details can be found online). All orders are dispatched urgently and for those orders placed online you will receive an e-mail confirmation of goods sent to you. As goods are sent on a 24 hour service (Mon-Fri) so you should receive your goods the following day if orders are placed by 2pm.  

Drop Shipping
We recommend you use this service for high value items you sell for which you have limited or no stock or that you want us to deliver directly to your customer. Drop shipping is great way to increase the number of high value products you sell without having to outlay your entire budget on stock.  Please ensure you read our drop ship terms and conditions so you are aware of the restrictions we apply and how you can make the most of this service.
