Unfortunately, the manufacturer has included the incorrect instruction manual with some of units of this product dispatched so consumers may think that this item should have stabilisers, which in fact they should not. If you have this product with the incorrect instruction manual, please let us know and we will email you the updated correct version accordingly. This item is not faulty and you do not need to return this item to us. The instruction manual will rectify the issue for you.

• Please re-print the Beaba price list as there are prices rises from the manufacturer on the sterilisers, bottles, spoons, changing bags and food accessories. There are a few surprise price reductions on the nursery care items. Obviously SRPs have also been affected. Good news - there are some new and very exciting products on their way!
• Kidsline - only a few products have been affected. Fitted sheet, Flat sheet, Boa Cot and Pram Blanket in Mosaic Transport and Bella. Fitted Sheet, Flat sheet and Nappy Stacker in Caramel Kisses.
• Cuski have raised their SRP on the CuskiBoo to £16.99 and request that this is adhered to.

Always striving to improve our efficiency the following features have been implemented:

• Our stock updates page now includes a picture of the item, our product code and its full product name alongside 'available by' date. In order to ease the ordering process retailers will not be able to add these products into their cart so if pre-booking is required please e-mail the sales team on sales@babybrandsdirect.co.uk who will be happy to do this. 
• Within the Order Status tab, when viewing order details, items outstanding on a backorder will show a 'Due Date' of those products.
• The 'Quick Order' tab has been separated from the price list function and products are now listed alpha-numerically. Retailers can 'add items' to cart at any stage rather than previously which was necessary on each page.
• The 'Price List' can be downloaded in Excel as well as PDF which we hope will help in retailer calculations and save time. In addition, to the full price list being downloaded, retailers can download by brand or by previously ordered items.
