Last weekend Barbie fans gathered in London as the glamorous doll took over the London Aquarium for the exclusive premiere of Barbie The Pearl Princess. Barbie attended as well as hundreds of competition winners for the screening of her new underwater film a week before its release.

Out in cinemas 15th/16th February, the evening allowed guests to see the movie and even meet the famous doll herself!

Wendy Hill, Director Customer Marketing and Brand Communication, Mattel UK, said: “The premiere enabled us to provide a fantastic experience for Barbie fans linking back to the theme of the movie; it allowed girls and their families to engage even further with the brand.” The event took place as part of their marketing programme to support the new toy line.
