Innovative breastfeeding-wear brand, Breastvest, is gaining national attention after being featured in one of the Victoria and Albert Museum’s current exhibits! The V&A’s Undressed: A Brief History of Underwear exhibition tells the story of underwear from the 18th century to the modern day. The Breastvest will be featured alongside underwear from designers such as Stella McCartney, Agent Provocateur, Antonio Berardi and Paul Smith – which is obviously a huge deal for the Newcastle based brand!
Sam Telfer, one of the mums that co-founded the brand, said that she was ‘beyond thrilled that Breastvest is part of Undressed at the V&A. It is such an honour to have it recognised as part of the history of underwear alongside such prestigious designers.’
The brilliant Breastvest works by keepingĀ mum’sĀ bump covered, so mothers can lift up their favourite tops to feed, meaning they can still look fashionable while feeding discreetly. The Undressed exhibition is on until March 2017, so the Breastvest will gain a lot of exposure over the coming months!
Make sure you capitalise on this exposure and check out the range of Breastvest products available to buy wholesale at Baby Brands Direct.
