To our customers – unfortunately, Janod have informed us of a product recall. The Janod Shaving Set, item JND-TOY79 is the affected product and has a potential risk due to the presence of DEHP on the bag. Phthalate may harm the health of children and Janod have advised that destruction of the product is necessary.

In terms of what you now need to do, the process is outlined below:

For products already sold to end consumers:

• Please place a poster in store to communicate the recall to the end consumer.
• Once you receive any returned product, you need to fill out the certificate of destruction attached and complete the faulty product log on our website. 

For products not sold to the end consumer:

• Please complete a certificate of destruction, as above, and complete the faulty product log.
